The Edinburgh Bow Tie Company began back in 2012 when Matthew asked Hannah to make him a bow tie.
The challenge was accepted, and the first Edinburgh Bow Tie was created, completely by hand (as the sewing machine was broken), using two hair clips to fasten it to the collar.
True story.
Needless to say, the brand has grown up a lot since then!
The Edinburgh Bow Tie Co. specialises in luxury, handmade, men’s accessories.
The collection offers a variety of styles; from classic self-ties to pre-tied, tartans to silks, with cufflinks and pocket squares to complete the look.
The Edinburgh Bow Tie Co. also offer a ‘Tailored’, made to order service, allowing you to work with their design team to create your own patterns and prints to be made into the style of your choice. This service is ideal for uniform, as well as the exclusivity of offering a bespoke range.
